Images of nature lend to the idea of healing, relaxation, and restoration — all embodiments of what hospitals try and convey to their communities. Adventist Hospitals’ tagline, World-Class Healthcare Right In Your Own Backyard, was the starting point for a collateral campaign driven by elements of nature
Photographs of plants and trees enlarged to show abstracted details paired with lifestyle imagery and a subtle color palette helped to create a warm, holistic sense of the hospitals’ care — nothing sterile about it.
BRAND COLLATERAL
Client: Adventist Hinsdale Hospital and La Grange Memorial Hospital provide expert, compassionate care in the respective Catholic and Adventist traditions for patients in the Western suburbs. Both hospitals are now part of the AMITA Healthcare network.
Client challenge: Create new branding materials for the modernization of Adventist Hinsdale Hospital that would translate into additional collateral needs for La Grange Memorial Hospital and other service lines that were growing in scope.
Our approach: The tagline was “World-Class Healthcare Right in Your Own Backyard” which enabled patients in the surrounding suburbs to know great healthcare was local and convenient. Photographs of nature were chosen for their calming effects and to emphasize the “backyard.”
